We in the hospitality industry do not always get to hear good things about people; mostly we hear what went wrong. Russ has always handled my last minute requests for linen with the utmost professional attitude, but the one special moment that let me know he cares about the customers your company provides linen to is when he took time out before going on vacation to let me know of his plans and that he wanted to make sure we were set and who I could contact in case I needed something last minute as I usually do. Most people going on vacation do not care what happens in their day-to-day operations when they are gone, but Russ wanted to make sure he got all bases covered and your clients were set.
